At Careem, Wael led AI-driven initiatives that transformed operations, reducing fraud and driving efficiency across the company. At Google, he developed core AI and data systems that set industry standards, particularly in experimentation. An avid learner, Wael holds a graduate degree in Scientific Computing & Computational Mathematics from Stanford and has earned numerous prestigious awards throughout his career. Today, he remains a key figure in AI innovation as a global advisor, investor, and thought leader.

He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Columbia and a BA Magna Cum Laude in Computer Science and Physics from Brandeis.
